Empower Learn Create at UC is turning 50!

For five decades, we’ve been nurturing young minds, inspiring curiosity, and strengthening early childhood education in our community. To celebrate, we’re hosting a 50th Birthday Party featuring children’s musician Jim Gill, whose joyful, laughter-filled concerts get children and grown-ups singing, clapping, and dancing together.

Our mission is to serve a diverse population of children and families of the universities and the surrounding community by providing a high quality, inclusive, educational program sustained through a professional, nurturing staff.
