Ashley Weldishofer has an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. She began working at ELC at UC in March 2021. She has been working in the field of Early Childhood Education since 2012 and primarily with toddler aged children, which is her favorite age group! She has volunteered at the Lindner Center of HOPE in the past and is also a licensed STNA.

Ashley has been married to her high school sweetheart for three years and has three chinchillas adn a cat that they love dearly! They both enjoy nature and being active, they try to be outside or traveling as much as possible. Ashley loves to travel with her family, participate in events for her church, and do anything that involves being outside or being active (hiking, rollerblading, snowboarding, running, biking, etc. )

What keeps her driven and committed to the field of Early Childhood is the deep love she has for children. She feels it is the most rewarding career to be in and it is a calling she has. She is dedicated to providing children with nurturing care and being a teacher that they can build trust and a deep bond with.
