Cindi Watson has been in the field of Early Childhood for over 25 years. Her early training was in Banking but after 20 years in that field she decided to follow her heart and she began working with young children. She began her career as an infant teacher and was soon promoted to Office Manager. From there she got her CDA (Child Development Associate) and never looked back. She is a 2008 graduate of DECL (Developing Early Childhood Leaders). She then obtained her Directors Credential and before coming to ELC was a Director for over 20 years. Cindi has been at ELC since July 2020.

In her free time she enjoys swimming and being with her family, husband Mike and grown children Kyle, Zachary and Abigail.
