Karin earned her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati. In April of 2022, she began her role as the Director of Quality and Compliance at ELC and splits her time between the UC and NKU locations.

Karin originates from the east coast (Connecticut and New Hampshire) and made the move to Northern Kentucky seven years ago so that her husband could be closer to his family. She has three adult daughters and one son, all but one lives on the west coast. This year she was was blessed with her grandson Presley and she couldn’t be more excited. Being a GiGi is her greatest pleasure! She also enjoys cooking, crafting, watching HGTV and sappy Hallmark movies. She travels as often as she can but spends most of her time on Anna Maria Island, Fl visiting her mom.

In her career, Karin strives to be organized, detailed, and a contributor to a great team. She is excited to be here and to assist the organization where ever possible. Knowing that early childhood education helps provide a strong base for lifelong learning and learning abilities is the reason she loves to work in the ECE field. However, it is the children’s curiosity and energy that brings her back each day.
