Kim Riddell joined Empower Learn Create in November of 2001.  She earned an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati. She is motivated to continue teaching because she believes she has a positive influence in the lives of children and families. She considers it a privilege to help guide children’s learning and development through the early years.

When she is not teaching, she enjoys time with her husband, three children and three grandchildren.   Being a grandparent is one of her greatest joys.  She enjoys spending time in nature, gardening and crocheting.
