Ella joined ELC in August of 2023. She graduated with her Associate's degree in 2019 and has 6 years of experience in the field ranging from floater to assistant director. One of her favorite parts of working in early childhood education is connecting with families and helping children learn and thrive at an early age. After watching her mother teach at a young age, she learned the value of early education for young minds, and she finds great fulfillment in serving families and children in the community.

In her spare time Ella enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, traveling, and visiting local farmers markets.
